                             e.g., "ICSE'99"

Conference Web Address    : 
                             use the form "http://www.domain.com/etc"

Conference Long Name      : 
                             e.g., "Tenth Annual International Conference on Software Engineering"

Conference Location       : 
                             use format "City, State, Country" or "City, Country"
                             No abbreviations for any part (except "USA" or "UK"
                             e.g., "Boulder, Colorado, USA" or "Paris, France"

Paper Submission Deadline : 
                             use format "DD Month Year"
                             e.g., "9 September 1999"  (use full year, please!)

Conference Date(s)        : 
                             use format "DD Month Year - DD Month Year"
                             e.g., "2 - 5 February 2000" or "28 February - 3 March 2000"
