Description
The Acquisition of Software-Intensive Systems Conference is an
an opportunity for government acquisition organization employees,
their support agencies (i.e., support contractors, federally funded
research and development centers [FFRDCs]), and federal government
contractors to share experiences and insights about acquisition.
This inaugural conference will focus on the theme of improving the
acquisition of software-intensive systems throughout government. The
experience and expertise of practitioners in the field provide the best
insight for professionals who are trying to enhance the effectiveness of
their acquisition methods and techniques. We encourage you to submit
proposals for presentations that explore key issues currently of interest
to the government acquisition community.

Abstracts
Proposal abstracts should be no longer than one page (750 words)
and should include the name, telephone number, and e-mail address
of each author. E-mail abstracts no later than September 30, 2002
